In case of camera, like Samsung Wave and Wave 2, Samsung Wave 3 also support 5 MP camera with LED flash.
It also has a MicroSD card slot and memory expandable up to 32 GB. Wave 3 comes with 1 GB of RAM and 3 GB of internal memory. It has CPU of 1.4 GHz processor which is the biggest change according to Wave 2. Samsung Wave 3 is the most powerful Wave device.

Samsung wave 3 runs under Bada v 2.0 OS which is almost like the Android OS but it lacks in applications support.
